About this role
CitiusTech is a leading healthcare technology company dedicated to solving industry challenges through innovation. They are seeking a Senior Data Engineer skilled in Snowflake, SQL, and ADF to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data processing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines
Requirements:
- 12+ Years of experience
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
- Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and ADF
- Experience in data ingestion, shell scripting, and building scalable, high-performance data processing pipelines
- Primary function: Build and maintain reliable, scalable data pipelines
- Technical skills: Python, SQL, Airflow or other orchestration tools, Common data clouds (AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
- Data processing (Spark, distributed systems, etc), APIs/ingestions (REST, streaming, etc)
- Performance optimization, Schema understanding and evolution
- Business skills: Business domain knowledge, Understanding SLAs
- Cost awareness and optimization. Collaboration with analytics, product and business teams
- Exposure to any cloud platform - AWS or Azure will be an added advantage
- Candidates need to work in Pacific time (100% Remote role)
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
