Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

SEH is an employee-owned engineering company that focuses on providing innovative solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure. They are seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and construction of various water treatment and wastewater projects while collaborating with multi-discipline teams and building client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Join our drinking water and wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping, distribution, storage or conveyance projects
• Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions
• Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Coursework related to water and wastewater treatment or conveyance
• Four (4) years of previous experience serving as a design engineer or project manager for water/wastewater projects
• Previous experience in preparing project plans, specifications, and bidding documents
• Previous experience in project proposal preparation and client service management
• Proficiency with design applications such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS, and Revit
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling including software
