Bima Nusapersada Sakti is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and manage their brand's online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves developing strategies, creating content plans, and overseeing engagement to drive brand growth and ensure consistent digital visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, schedule, and manage content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results
- Respond to audience interactions and manage community engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and branding initiatives
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and new platform features
- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of branding and visual consistency
