AMG & Associates Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and technical execution, translating complex requirements into actionable product strategies that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning development initiatives with company goals and customer needs
- Translate business requirements into technical product specifications and actionable development plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Prioritize product features and backlog items using data-driven decision-making
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Lead product planning, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming in Agile development environments
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards and business objectives
- Communicate product vision, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with engineering teams, APIs, and system architecture
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing SaaS or enterprise technology products
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with data analytics tools and product performance metrics
- MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business field
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Product Management Certification
