Resonaite is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support the Player Development & Engagement team in the public sector. The role involves translating marketing strategies into fully executed campaigns across digital channels, leveraging technology to enhance player growth and customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing campaign strategies into detailed campaign briefs and execution plans across owned channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and banners
- Execute and deploy marketing campaigns by coordinating with designers, copywriters, and technical teams using pre-built templates or custom campaign setups
- Implement and manage complex CRM lifecycle journeys and automated communications across multiple marketing tools and platforms
- Configure and deploy campaigns using back-end promotional tools and customer data platforms, including digital gambling promotional tools (e.g., BEDE, Kambi, IGT) and CDP platforms such as Treasure Data
- Collaborate with subject matter experts using marketing technology including Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer) and Litmus
- Oversee end-to-end campaign deployment, ensuring accuracy across segments, eligibility rules, messaging, and device formats while maintaining compliance and governance standards
- Maintain campaign data accuracy and support reporting frameworks used to evaluate campaign performance and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated lifecycle marketing journeys and triggered communications designed to improve engagement and retention
- Partner with campaign deployment and analytics stakeholders to review deliverability, engagement metrics, audience saturation, and channel performance to recommend improvements
- Analyze campaign performance and operational bottlenecks, providing recommendations to improve campaign speed, scalability, and quality
- Support issue resolution by identifying root causes, coordinating fixes with technical teams, and implementing preventative improvements
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal staff to ensure operational continuity at the conclusion of the engagement
