Senior React Native Engineer

Authority Partners is a leading global IT services company with over 27 years of experience. They are seeking two Senior React Native Engineers to deliver iOS and Android mobile applications on an AI Native platform engagement, directing agent workstreams and reviewing AI-generated output for compatibility and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver iOS and Android mobile applications on an AI Native platform engagement
• Direct agent workstreams that generate React Native components, screens, and navigation scaffolding
• Review all AI-generated output for New Architecture compatibility, platform-specific correctness, and performance
• Evaluate agent output for New Architecture compatibility, platform-specific correctness, and performance

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional React Native development, with prior exposure to or working knowledge of the New Architecture (JSI, Fabric, TurboModules) — must be able to identify legacy bridge patterns in AI-generated code and flag them as New Architecture-incompatible
• Strong React 18 + TypeScript web background — mandatory; the mobile app shares design tokens and business logic with the web platform
• OAuth 2.0 / OIDC mobile implementation: AppAuth for Mobile (RFC 8252), PKCE flow enforcement, secure token storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), refresh token rotation without interrupting user sessions
• React Navigation v6+ at production depth: stack, tab, and bottom sheet navigators, type-safe navigation params, deep link configuration, navigation state persistence
• HLS video playback on React Native: player integration with token-authenticated signed URLs, error handling for network interruption and token expiry during playback
• Direct experience directing AI agent React Native code generation: evaluating agent output for New Architecture compatibility, platform-specific correctness, and performance
• React Native New Architecture codegen workflow: TypeScript native module and component spec authorship, TurboModule spec design
• iOS App Store submission: distribution certificate management, provisioning profiles, TestFlight distribution, App Review Guidelines compliance
• Google Play submission: signed AAB generation, Play Console configuration, staged rollout management
• Mobile subscription payment strategy: web checkout routing to avoid store commission, react-native-iap or RevenueCat integration, server-side receipt validation
• Push notification deep linking: FCM/APNs integration, per-article routing, cold-start from notification handling
• Biometric authentication integration (Face ID / Touch ID, Android BiometricPrompt) as a secondary factor for stored token unlock
