At Kirby Risk, our Automation Administrator’s provide sales support for Automation Services, while maintaining a positive atmosphere to further the goals of Kirby Risk Electrical Supply.
What You’ll Do as a Automation Administrator - Sustainability
In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Automation Sustainability Team, managing service agreements, coordinating critical processes, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, reliable support.
You’ll:
• Process and coordinate quotes, orders, and projects
• Supports sales and processes for all Kirby Risk APR’s in conjunction with business development while utilizing:
◦ Eclipse
◦ Proposify
◦ Salesforce
◦ Helioscope
◦ Adobe PRO
• Demonstrate professionalism when communicating with the sales team, customers, and all organizational levels
• Participate in cross training on:
◦ Vendor Training Courses
◦ Software Training Courses
What Makes You a Great Fit
• High School, GED, or relevant sales experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
• Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
• Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
• Continuous learner
• Work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
What to Expect in This Role
• Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50lbs
• Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
• Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard office equipment while working in an office environment, reaching with hands and arms
• Occasional travel possible
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
