Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to join its Washington, DC office. This role supports initiatives across
Talent Acquisition and Attorney Development
, helping ensure a seamless experience throughout the attorney recruiting and professional development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced coordinating recruiting processes, professional development programs, and internal events within a professional services environment.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with attorney recruiting activities including interview coordination, campus recruiting programs, and candidate communications. The role will also support attorney development programs, associate relations events, and professional training initiatives.
This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient recruiting operations while supporting the firm’s broader talent development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage follow-up communications
• Assist with hiring committee preparation and candidate coordination
• Support candidate outreach efforts and recruiting initiatives
• Coordinate campus recruiting and summer associate programs
• Manage scheduling and logistics for summer associate training, work assignments, and events
• Assist with new hire orientation scheduling and onboarding coordination
• Monitor and track recruiting budgets
Talent Development Coordination
• Coordinate associate relations events and attorney training programs
• Support firmwide professional development initiatives and training academies
• Partner with global Talent Development teams to implement coaching and development programs
• Track Associate Relations and Professional Development budgets
Program & Event Support
• Assist with internal events and recruiting initiatives
• Attend occasional evening or weekend recruiting events
• Travel as needed to support recruiting programs and initiatives
• Provide support on additional talent-related projects as assigned
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in a professional services or legal environment
• 2+ years supporting recruiting, HR, attorney development, or law school career services (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Experience coordinating training programs, recruiting processes, or professional events
