About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Recruiter who brings modern recruiting expertise, a builder’s mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In this role, you’ll lead full cycle recruiting across all functions and levels, while helping to shape our talent acquisition strategy, strengthen our employer brand in the market.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, our Chief People Officer and HR Business Partners to find the best talent, build strong networks, improve time to offer, reduce external agency spend, and ensure we’re attracting top talent that aligns with our growth and evolving culture.
What You’ll Do
Lead Full Cycle Recruiting
• Own and manage searches across all departments and all levels, from job intake to offer acceptance partnering with hiring manager and HR business partner
• Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer processes
Drive Talent Pipeline Growth
• Build and nurture ongoing talent pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management
• Partner with universities, professional associations, and industry networks to expand early career and diverse talent pools
Promote Data Driven Recruiting
• Use data and ATS insights to create dashboards, reports, and recommendations that support hiring decisions and workforce planning
Strengthen Employer Brand
• Support the development of recruiting marketing content that showcases our culture, values, candidate and thereby, employee experience
• Champion diverse recruitment initiatives that attract and engage a diverse slate of candidates
Build & Execute Recruiting Strategy
• Help build Prosperity’s talent acquisition strategy while executing in parallel
• Champion and operationalize our ATS (Dayforce Recruiting), ensuring the hiring lifecycle—from requisition intake to offer—runs efficiently and consistently
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to reach active and passive candidates across the insurance and financial services industry and beyond
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of candidate sourcing, sales and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in insurance or financial services hiring a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Dayforce a plus).
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in high growth, high volume, and/or small company environments.
• Experience driving strategic-based hiring while managing ongoing recruitment needs.
