Vinsys Information Technology Inc is seeking a Project Manager to manage enterprise CRM implementations for the City of Boulder. The role involves delivering public sector digital transformation projects and coordinating various teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- 10+ years managing enterprise CRM implementations, preferably Salesforce
- Experience delivering public sector / government digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery frameworks
- Experience managing multi-vendor CRM implementations
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing cloud SaaS implementations
- Ability to coordinate technical, business, and integration teams
- Experience managing CRM migration and deployment projects
- Strong communication and executive reporting skills
