Horizontal Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of their digital product offerings. This role involves shaping the future of the digital portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the strategic vision for the digital product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, fostering their growth and excellence through guidance and feedback
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market research
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and client management teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to launch and iteration
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management with a proven track record of successful product delivery
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, inspiring and motivating team members
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices in product management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience in healthcare-related finance or bill pay is advantageous
- Familiarity with writing functional requirements and collaborating with design leads
- Knowledge of Jira and ability to navigate Figma effectively
