Product Management Lead - AI Risk

Allstate is a company that has been protecting families and their belongings for over 90 years. They are seeking a Product Management Lead to provide risk insights and actionable guidance for AI development and governance, working closely with engineers to ensure AI Agents meet governance needs and are user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Authors, tests, and accepts stories
• Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy
• Contribute towards creating the product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio
• Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy
• Provide input on decomposing complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team
• Manages the product backlog, contributes towards creating an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations
• Represent the “voice of the customer”; invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits
• Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction

Requirements:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to turn governance needs into product features
• Familiarity with agile practices like prioritization and planning
• Understanding of risk and governance frameworks (privacy, data, AI risk, security)
• Ability to learn quickly, including how AI systems are designed, developed, deployed and monitored
• 5 or more years of experience
