HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to implement the Human Services Call Center (HSCC) Salesforce solutions, handle complex logic for eligibility and payments, and provide an integrated CTI solution. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for building and customizing Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with other applications, managing testing and CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting production issues.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Human Services Call Center (HSCC) Salesforce solutions
- Build and customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and Apex/LWC
- Integrate Salesforce with other applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft
- Handle complex logic for eligibility and payments
- Manage testing (unit tests, UAT)
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Provide an integrated CTI solution using HSCC’s existing Verizon Virtual Contact Center (VCC) application
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow)
- 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce data model, security model, and public sector solutions
- 3+ years of experience configuring case management public sector solutions and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery)
- 3+ years of experience with API integrations and DevOps tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, or App Builder Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
