Netflix is a leading entertainment company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of storytelling and technology. The Manager on the Ads Measurement Team will lead a team to deliver campaign measurement solutions, ensuring a client-first approach and driving measurement strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of Measurement Specialists, fostering their professional growth and enabling them to deliver exceptional client service and measurement expertise
- Oversee the creation and evolution of the measurement narrative for each vertical, ensuring insights and learnings are synthesized into compelling stories that drive value for clients and inform Netflix’s go-to-market strategy
- Ensure your team acts as true end-to-end owners of campaign measurement, providing hands-on, consultative support to clients throughout the study lifecycle and maintaining a relentless focus on client goals
- Partner with Key Accounts where there are relevant deliverables included in NPPs, such as pre-campaign insights, learning agendas and best practices
- Guide the execution of outcome driven first- and third-party measurement studies (e.g., brand lift, conversion lift, sales impact), and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies through documentation, automation and project tracking
- Partner with the Scaled Solutions to ensure Client Services team readiness and enable a clear handoff as we move 1P and 3P measurement products out of Alpha/Beta and into GA
- Collaborate closely with Sales Directors to ensure both Sales teams and Ads Measurement Specialists are operating with focus on the highest-impact opportunities for the business
- Support Client Partners on Key Accounts, by engaging with client side stakeholders on the analytics, measurement, and research teams to ensure alignment with the evolving measurement needs of client and vertical
