Technical Business Analyst

Aussie Broadband is a rapidly growing telecommunications company that is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their Replatforming Program. The role involves facilitating requirements workshops, analyzing technical requirements, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, structure and facilitate the requirements elicitation workshops and ensure that outcomes are appropriately documented
• Interpret and analyse technical requirements, aligning them with business objectives and strategizing solutions
• Engage with stakeholders across teams to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with program goals
• Contribute to the design and documentation of technical solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business needs
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and solution designs
• Utilize your understanding of cloud technologies (public, private, and hybrid) to guide effective solutions
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop process mapping for as-is processes and define and document to-be processes
• Create training materials and support change, training operational team and end users in the solution
• Develop and execute test plans that ensures delivery of the solution

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of telecommunication technology and processes
• Previous experience in a technical business analysis or related role
• Proven background in supporting the delivery of technology projects
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Utilize project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira, etc.)
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
