Java Software Engineer

ImpetusIT is a staffing partner seeking a Java Software Engineer for a tech client in Atlanta. The role involves developing and maintaining Java applications, designing backend systems, and implementing microservices architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Java applications
• Design and develop robust backend applications using Spring Boot
• Implement microservices architecture for high availability and scalability
• Write and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration
• Set up, manage, and automate CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for infrastructure management
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of industry experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot framework
• Expertise in microservices architecture and API development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
