Homesteaders Life Company is a national leader in providing products and services for end-of-life planning. They are seeking an Enterprise & Channel Customer Service Representative to manage ongoing support and relationships for Elevia customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts including funeral homes and enterprise clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets
- Escalate technical issues to product or engineering
- Conduct customer check-ins and ensure platform adoption
- Track account activity in Salesforce
- Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with onboarding and product teams
- Monitor CSAT, retention and response metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications or related field
- 3+ years of customer service, customer success, or account management experience
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience supporting SaaS products preferred
