About this role
Chameleon Integrated Services is a growing information technology company specializing in federal IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. They are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations supporting federal cybersecurity compliance initiatives, overseeing assessment schedules and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead assessment execution activities
- Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate security assessment teams
- Support executive-level reporting
- Monitor program performance and throughput
- Ensure deliverables meet audit standards
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
- Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP or PgMP required
- Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain
- Master's degree preferred
- DAWIA PM Level III preferred
- ITIL or Agile certifications preferred
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 control assessments
- Working knowledge of FISMA, RMF lifecycle, and FedRAMP
- Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Qmulos, or eMASS
