The Senior Product Manager will focus on driving adoption and growth of Elastic's Security Serverless solution by leading cross-functional initiatives and improving key business metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption, growth, and expansion of Elastic’s Security Serverless solution by translating product and business telemetry into clear product, platform, and go-to-market actions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Security, Platform, Infrastructure, Testing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve onboarding, ingestion, migration from on-prem to serverless, and large-scale deployments
- Use experimentation and feedback loops to identify adoption friction, reduce churn risk, and improve key growth and business metrics
- Apply an understanding of SOC workflows and AI-assisted security capabilities to guide adoption of AI features in Security Serverless, ensuring they are usable and effective at production scale
- Partner with security, platform, and finance leaders to improve platform efficiency and operational cost structure, with focus on cost efficiency, margin impact, and sustainable growth
- Champion Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to optimize the usage-based funnel, removing friction from trial to enterprise-wide consumption
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Product Management for technical products, ideally in security or large-scale infrastructure environments
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and data tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, BigQuery, etc., to streamline data analysis, build impactful dashboards, and extract actionable insights
- Deep understanding of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, decoupled compute and storage architectures, and experience managing products that handle petabyte-scale data pipelines
- Strong ability to use product and business telemetry to understand customer behavior and guide decisions
- Highly analytical mindset, with hands-on experience driving experimentation, learning from results, and iterating based on data
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, platform, and go-to-market teams
