NAVA Software Solutions is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer with AWS Connect experience for a contract role. The primary responsibilities include defining the target operating model for Amazon Connect CI/CD, implementing voicemail flows, and optimizing routing profiles to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Define target operating model for Amazon Connect CI/CD
- Refine Repository structure
- For CI/CD Pipeline stages:
- Validate
- Deploy (Dependencies, Connect Artifacts)
- Run Post-Deployment Automated Testing
- Assert Promotion Governance
- Define Rollback Strategy
- Define Security & Access Model
- Enforce Drift detection and auditability
- Provide required documentation
- Design and implement Amazon Connect v3 voicemail flows, including after-hours, no-agent-available handling, secure storage, and notification/reporting integration
- Implement claims-based intelligent call routing using DynamoDB, enabling dynamic queue selection and business rules driven by claim attributes and metadata
- Configure and optimize Amazon Connect routing profiles, mapped from existing RingCentral roles, queues, and skill structures to ensure functional parity and improved efficiency
- Implement and validate Direct Extension Dialing (DED), including user/extension mapping, security controls, repeatable configuration processes, and operational documentation
- Conduct a current-state Amazon Connect review and provide best-practice guidance, covering contact flows, dashboards, reporting, governance, and a phased roadmap for business enablement and future capability enhancements
