Cookwise.ai is your personal cooking companion app that makes meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking effortless. The Customer Success Manager ensures Cookwise users are supported, satisfied, and retained while building strong relationships and reducing churn.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new users and guide them through app features
- Provide proactive support and resolve user issues
- Collect feedback to inform product improvements
- Develop resources (FAQs, tutorials, webinars) to empower users
- Track customer satisfaction and retention metrics
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in customer success or account management
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Empathy and passion for helping users succeed
