Litehouse Inc. is seeking a Creative Project Manager to enhance their brand presence through effective project management. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage creative workflows, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage creative intake and assign projects based on priorities and team capacity
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver packaging, labeling, and digital content projects
- Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Oversee creative workflows, systems, and process improvements
- Manage external vendors including print, production, and freelance partners
- Monitor work in progress, provide regular updates, and report on project status
- Support digital asset management and creative documentation
- Lead project closeouts, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track project costs and support budget management
- Support onboarding and training for internal teams and partners
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must live in PST or MST
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment within CPG
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with digital asset management systems and creative workflows
- Experience managing packaging, labeling, or CPG-related creative projects preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools or PMP certification is a plus
