About this role
Blue Water Thinking is a company dedicated to supporting Federal clients in achieving their Agency goals. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee program initiatives, coordinate activities across multiple teams, and ensure the delivery of program objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project activities supporting the Payer EDI program
- Coordinate across technical teams, stakeholders, and contractors
- Track project performance, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives
- Support program leadership with reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure projects align with program priorities and delivery timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience working in federal contracting
- 7–10 years of experience managing projects
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- PMP certification
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role
- Experience supporting federal healthcare programs
- Experience supporting agile project environments
