LTVplus is a remote-first company focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences for brands globally. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts, engage with adult learners, and maintain high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Systematically organize and work through assigned lead lists to identify potential opportunities
- Conduct proactive follow-up calls to engage with prospective customers and students
- Monitor the performance and progress of various sales campaigns
- Ensure all interactions and campaign data are accurately documented within the CRM systems
Requirements:
- Female Candidate with relevant experience
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Ability to engage with customers/prospects in a face-to-face environment as needed
- Proficiency in HubSpot is required for campaign tracking
- A warm, friendly, and empathetic personality that allows for genuine connection with educators and adult learners
- A strong passion for the education sector and supporting learners' professional development
- Additional experience in Salesforce preferred
