Minder Memory is a growing national Telehealth company focused on neuropsychology, dedicated to providing faster diagnosis and treatment for cognitive disorders. They are seeking a full-time Sales & Customer Service Rep to handle outbound sales calls, inbound calls, and general customer service duties, primarily aimed at assisting patients with evaluations and insurance inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential patients to help determine appropriate evaluations and discuss insurance matters
- Addressing patient inquiries and concerns through various communication channels to enhance satisfaction
- Managing patient appointment scheduling and coordinating with clinical staff for optimal availability
- Collaborating with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- 3 years of outbound sales experience
- 2+ years in outbound sales (cold-calling)
- 2+ years healthcare customer service experience
- Strong computer/technology and organization skills
- Strong People and Communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and enjoys spending all day talking to prospects on the phone
- Ability to be available to answer the phone and in front of your computer, free of distraction and noise, from 9:00am-6:00pm PST (12pm-9pm EST), Monday-Friday
- English Fluently
- Additional customer service experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting
