Founding Full Stack Product engineer (Gen AI)

OrganicSales.io is focused on building GenAI products for creators, having successfully launched Carousely.ai. The role involves owning the design and implementation of image and video generation pipelines, selecting appropriate models, and ensuring production quality across the stack.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design and implementation of image and video generation pipelines end-to-end
• Select the right models and pipeline structure for each content use case (images, videos)
• Decide when to rely on prompt engineering versus multi-step pipelines
• Turn decisions into production systems
• Work across the stack — from model orchestration and quality control to backend APIs and frontend features

Requirements:

• Proven experience shipping products end-to-end (from idea to production)
• Strong full-stack skills (backend + APIs + frontend) with ability to build and ship independently
• Product mindset with focus on real user experience, reliability, and production quality
• Experience working with APIs, async flows, and handling failures (timeouts, retries, edge cases)
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in GenAI (image/video generation, prompt workflows)
