About this role
Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralised web, and they are seeking a ZK Research Engineer to participate in research and prototype ideas. The role involves transforming research prototypes into production, conducting code reviews, and implementing end-to-end functionality while ensuring privacy through zero-knowledge proofs.
Responsibilities:
- Improve existing protocol mechanisms and actively participate in research
- Transform research output into production systems
Requirements:
- Experience with modern cryptography
- Familiar with zero-knowledge virtual machines (zkVMs)
- Experience with blockchain or other peer-to-peer systems
- Motivated by decentralisation and privacy
- Ability to propose improvements to the core protocol
- Strong asynchronous team work
- Solid Rust knowledge
- Understanding of cryptography and zk-based blockchain systems
- Experience working across different time zones

- Participated in building blockchain projects
- Conducted and implemented core protocol level systems
