Bask Health is a leading telehealth platform dedicated to empowering businesses to launch direct-to-consumer telemedicine solutions. The Sales Engineer will serve as the technical backbone of the sales process, providing tailored demos and handling complex technical inquiries to facilitate customer engagement and seamless onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver compelling technical demos and Proof-of-Concepts tailored to each prospect's specific business and pain points
- Field hard technical questions on integrations, APIs, security, scalability, and data flow — and address objections head-on
- Scope and plan pre-onboarding requirements (data migrations, custom integrations, etc.) for prospective enterprise customers
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to accelerate deal velocity
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between prospective customers and our engineering team
- Develop and improve internal sales tooling, documentation, and technical collateral
- Specialize in a few key product areas and become the go-to technical expert within the team
- Assist Customer Success Managers in scoping enterprise onboarding post-sale
Requirements:
- You understand modern web architecture, frontend frameworks like Next.js and React, cloud technologies, serverless computing and DNS
- You comprehend how metered usage and subscriptions work in a complex SaaS product
- You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences
- You enjoy engineering solutions to resolve root causes of recurring problems
- You are experienced with APIs, integrations, and can comfortably scope custom technical requirements
- You possess exceptional communication skills — in demos, in writing, and under pressure
- You have an inquisitive mind and lead by example
- You are comfortable working with a fully remote, globally distributed team
- You have a passion to deliver a customer experience second to none
- Have experience with SaaS and a good understanding of telehealth and e-commerce
- Work with monorepos and/or custom, complex CI/CD pipelines
- Have prior Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering experience
