They are seeking a skilled Senior Performance Marketer to develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns while analyzing data for actionable insights to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid and organic strategies with broader marketing goals
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI
- Implement SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies to improve organic rankings
- Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics tools
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
- Partner with account managers to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of agency experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Conversion-Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on data and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and conversion tracking
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to clients and internal teams
- Work with both Demand Generation and Lead Generation
