Instructional Empowerment is a mission-driven organization dedicated to ending generational poverty and eliminating achievement gaps through rigorous Tier 1 instruction. They are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation / Growth Marketing Manager to manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize the marketing funnel, and measure performance to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaigns across email, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), webinars, and events
- Build and optimize lead-generation funnels and product nurture campaigns to convert prospects into sales opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (leads, MQLs, pipeline)
- Collaborate with Subject Mater Experts (SMEs), sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles
- Experience in B2B, EdTech, or professional services
- Experience in demand generation, multi-channel campaigns, and funnel optimization
- Strong creative skills with the ability to compose effective ad and email copy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve performance
- Hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising and email integrated and multiphase campaigns
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
- K-12 education product marketing experience marketing to school district leaders
- Paid media campaign and email marketing experience
- Familiarity with lead scoring, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing
