Narvar is a company focused on simplifying post-purchase experiences for consumers, and they are seeking a Sr. Presales Solutions Engineer to drive their fiscal year's objectives. The role involves fostering relationships with Account Executives and Customer Success teams, delivering technical presentations, and developing comprehensive solutions that align with customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical discovery process, delivering insightful presentations and articulating product value through tailored demonstrations
- Develop comprehensive solutions that meet business and technical needs while contributing to Narvar's strategic growth
- Craft and maintain critical customer artifacts, including architecture documents, workflow diagrams, and integration plans, to ensure clarity and alignment with our solutions
- Help answer RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and the construction of SOWs, focusing on accurate implementation estimates and fostering technical trust
- Guide customer conversations, focusing on technical insights to address questions and underline our leadership in post-purchase innovation
- Facilitate discussions on data governance, emphasizing the strategic use of order and inventory data to amplify customer value
- Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain expertise in product knowledge through competitive intelligence, industry events, and customer analysis
- Actively participating in solution engineering community groups, and committing to continuous personal and professional development is a plus
Requirements:
- A proven track record of over 5+ years in solution engineering, pre-sales, or similar technical roles within the software industry
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS, platform migrations, data migrations, API frameworks, and web technologies
- Proficiency in iPaaS frameworks, e-commerce (Salesforce, Shopify, etc), Customer Service (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc), OMS, PIM, Jira, ERP, CRM, WMS, and other pertinent technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adept at managing deliverables across various cross-functional teams, demonstrating an ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Curiosity and a lifelong learner mindset, with hands-on experience in product demonstration environments and continuous skill enhancement
- Substantial experience in positions such as Presales Solution Architect, Solution/Sales Engineer, Integration Consultant, etc
- Strong background in retail, e-commerce, logistics, CX, and distribution sectors, with a strategic approach to client engagement and solution architecture
- Actively participating in solution engineering community groups, and committing to continuous personal and professional development is a plus
