SBA Fintech LLP is seeking a Director of Market Strategy responsible for formulating and driving the overall market strategy of the company. This role involves coordinating market analysis, brand strategy, product positioning, and growth path design to enhance brand influence and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's medium-to-long-term market strategies and annual market plans
- Define market development directions based on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Support the implementation of the company's overall strategic objectives and drive business growth
- Establish a systematic mechanism for market research and analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of target customers, market segments, and competitors
- Leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize Marketing Return on Investment (ROI)
- Responsible for brand strategy planning and the development of the brand architecture
- Define the market positioning and value propositions for products and services
- Unify brand communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation
- Design strategies for user growth, customer acquisition, and conversion
- Drive the development of digital marketing, content marketing, and omnichannel marketing systems
- Continuously explore emerging marketing models (e.g., AI marketing, private domain operations, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Product, Operations, and other departments
- Facilitate the effective execution of market strategies across various business units
- Coordinate internal and external resources (e.g., agencies, consulting firms, etc.)
- Build and lead a high-performance market strategy team
- Establish standardized methodologies and workflows
- Enhance the team's capabilities in strategic thinking and data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 20+ years of experience in marketing-related roles, including 5+ years in strategic or management positions
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business insight capabilities
- Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in brand management and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project-driving skills
- MBA preferred
- Experience in market strategy within a consulting firm or a large-scale enterprise is preferred
- Experience in digital marketing or 'Growth Hacking.'
- Familiarity with B2B or B2C market models across multiple industries
- Experience in international markets
