Afni, Inc. is a well-established company that has been in business since 1936, and they are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their wireless accounts. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders while maintaining a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, update accounts, and maintain records
- Multitask effectively and pay strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally
- Navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Quick-thinking problem solver
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting
- Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service
- Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting
- Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
- Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
- Must pass a background screening
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a GED or High School Diploma
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)
- 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload
- Ping Rate – Less than 100 ms
- A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours
- Ability to be on webcam during working hours
