Artificial Intelligence Engineer

SysTechCorp Inc is seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks to develop intelligent, goal-driven applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs and autonomous workflows
• Build and manage AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task execution
• Develop multi-agent architectures and orchestration pipelines
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and memory management
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
• Monitor, debug, and improve agent behavior and outputs
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
• Stay updated with advancements in generative AI and agent frameworks

Requirements:

• Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or similar languages
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning concepts
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Experience integrating APIs and building scalable backend systems
• Understanding of AI system evaluation, debugging, and monitoring
