Project Manager – HxGN EAM

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in HxGN EAM to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology and asset management initiatives. The role involves driving end-to-end project delivery, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing data/analytics solutions, and supporting EAM implementations within the railroad domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology and asset management initiatives
• Drive end-to-end project delivery
• Coordinate stakeholders
• Oversee data/analytics solutions (Power BI, GIS)
• Support EAM implementations within the railroad domain

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years hands-on with HxGN EAM (v11+) and EAM implementations
• Experience in railroad/transit industry
• Strong stakeholder management, analytics, and problem-solving skills
• Ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects, driving digital transformation, and ensuring successful system adoption
