White Knight Labs is a fast-growing cybersecurity company focused on offensive security and penetration testing. They are seeking a part-time Project Manager to drive penetration testing engagements, ensuring projects stay on track and communication is clear between clients and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of managing penetration testing engagements
- Build and manage timelines, resource plans, and project trackers
- Coordinate engineers, clients, and stakeholders across multiple engagements
- Run kickoff calls, status updates, and debrief sessions
- Develop and manage key documentation (Project Charter, Rules of Engagement)
- Track all testing dependencies and ensure fulfilled for testing to successfully begin
- Ensure testing stays within scope, timelines, and agreed constraints
- Communicate proactively with clients
- Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution
- Coordinate report delivery and remediation testing cycles

- Comfortable operating in a very fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Central point of coordination between clients and technical teams
