Responsibilities:
- Review and process agent change requests
- Ensure all required documentation is complete
- Follow up on missing information
- Update systems and notify relevant stakeholders
- Respond to internal and external inquiries
- Resolve issues related to agent changes
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Participate in special projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and business writing skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM systems
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Customer Service Management (CSM) experience
