About this role
Workiy Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Quality Assurance, Testing, and ERP system integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and executing testing strategies for complex, integrated enterprise systems, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple applications and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise applications
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including System Testing and UAT
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define quality criteria and acceptance standards
- Analyze functional and technical requirements, data models, and system integrations
- Design and execute test scenarios and test data
- Track testing progress, manage defects, and provide regular status reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution
- Support ERP system integration efforts, including interaction with legacy systems
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
- Contribute to overall quality governance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience
- At least 4 years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test planning and execution
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably involving complex system integrations
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Ability to interpret data models and system architecture diagrams
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent)
- Experience working in highly integrated and distributed environments
- Strong experience in defect management and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams
