IntePros is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of mission-critical healthcare applications. This role involves leading the software development lifecycle and ensuring interoperability with external partners while mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to deployment and support
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React applications and .NET Core services supporting high-volume healthcare environments
- Ensure interoperability with external partners, payers, providers, and vendors while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex healthcare requirements into robust technical solutions
- Establish and enforce coding standards, integration patterns, and best practices across the team
- Identify and mitigate performance, scalability, security, and reliability risks
- Utilize Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, deployment, and monitoring
- Act as a senior technical representative in stakeholder meetings, providing guidance and thought leadership
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise applications and integration platforms
- Deep hands-on experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
- 3+ years of experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#, with strong ability to debug and integrate front-end and back-end systems
- Proven experience architecting high-availability, mission-critical systems handling large data volumes and high transaction throughput
- Expertise with Web Services, APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON, and integration patterns
- Strong experience with SQL databases; knowledge of NoSQL is a plus
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to own solutions end-to-end, from architecture through production support
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on reliability, maintainability, and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities

- Experience in healthcare, regulated, or compliance-driven environments strongly preferred
