Ascertain is building AI agents to automate the administrative work that burdens care teams, and they are seeking an Applied Software Engineer, Healthcare AI. The role involves building production systems for healthcare workflows and working closely with customers to create scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Building and shipping production systems that power real-world healthcare workflows
• Designing and building software that works in complex environments, integrating systems, extending workflows, and turning ambiguity into reliable, scalable solutions
• Working directly with customers to understand how their operations function and translating those workflows into production-grade systems
• Writing code, building integrations, and shipping features end-to-end
• Identifying patterns across customers and feeding them back into the core product
