Responsibilities:

Working with your team's Product Manager and Tech Lead to estimate and refine future work
Regularly reporting on team progress and health
Managing team members to improve/maintain high performance and morale
Identifying and overcome obstacles to project success

Microsoft SQLServer 2017 + Azure SQL
Hybrid Azure/Colo
At least 2 years people management experience
At least 5 years engineering experience
At least 2 years experience with our primary technologies
Experience with some or all of our tech stack
Web scalability problems and patterns
Familiarity with US electoral politics, especially campaign finance and disclosure
