Altery is a dynamic FinTech company looking for a hands-on GTM / RevOps Engineer to manage their outbound lead engine. The role involves building lead lists, managing cold email campaigns, automating lead flows, and ensuring data quality for effective sales engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build lead lists using Clay, scraping tools (Apify or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Enrich, clean, dedupe, and structure data for outbound
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns in Smartlead (or similar)
- Automate lead flows into HubSpot (properties, lifecycle stages, routing)
- Maintain email infrastructure hygiene (domains, inboxes, warm-up)
- Monitor results and continuously improve lead quality and conversion
- Build automations
Requirements:
- Familiar and experienced with the modern GTM tech stack from scrapers, to orchestration & enrichment, to execution
- Strong Clay experience (real workflows and results)
- Solid HubSpot knowledge (workflows, properties, lead status)
- Experience running cold email campaigns in (Smartlead / Lemlist / Instantly)
- Comfortable scraping, working with CSVs, and fixing messy data
- Operational mindset — you ship, test, and iterate fast
- Experience using scraper tools like Apify, Zenrows, Serper
- Basic SQL or Python
- B2B SaaS or fintech exposure
- Deliverability knowledge (SPF / DKIM / DMARC)
