Application Developer – DevOps (Java + AI/Agentic AI)

MSZ Systems is seeking a Senior Application Developer with strong DevOps expertise and a solid Java engineering background to join a high-impact Financial Services program. This role focuses on building scalable developer platforms, performance/resiliency frameworks, and AI-driven engineering tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design & develop scalable tools/frameworks for performance and resiliency testing
• Build reusable components to improve engineering productivity
• Develop services in microservices & distributed system environments
• Build Agentic AI workflows (code analysis, PR validation, CI/CD automation)
• Develop developer productivity tools integrated with GitHub / IntelliJ
• Work with LLM tools such as GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode), Claude, or similar
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Implement build, deployment, and continuous testing strategies
• Work across cloud and on-prem DevOps ecosystems
