
The team member in this position is responsible for serving guests in banquets and setting up and breakdown of events.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Responsible for set-up and breakdown of all banquet functions to include fixtures, accessories, glassware, tableware and other supplies.
Clean-up and secure banquet equipment.
Able to serve many guests.
Responsible for fulfilling customer requests for food, beverages, etc.
Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
