BANQUET SERVER - EXTERNAL EVNT

The team member in this position is responsible for serving guests in banquets and setting up and breakdown of events.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

 

• Responsible for set-up and breakdown of all banquet functions to include fixtures, accessories, glassware, tableware and other supplies.

• Clean-up and secure banquet equipment.

• Able to serve many guests.

• Responsible for fulfilling customer requests for food, beverages, etc.

• Plans, organizes and completes work timely.

• Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs

Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Serving experience preferred but not required.

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to bend, lift, walk, stand, and twist as required.
• Pulling/ Pushing Up to 500lbs with help.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Complete all required company training.
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
