Collins Aerospace is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. They are seeking a Program Finance & Control Analyst to participate in financial reporting, performance metrics, and change management for critical programs.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in monthly CAM reviews (metric, staffing, timephasing, etc), record and initiate corrective actions
- Update, at least monthly, performance metrics and utilize validity checks to verify data; generate monthly financial reports
- Reconcile EV data with accounting book of record
- Participate in change management – disposition baseline change requests and update contract log
- Assist tracking incremental funding and advise contract manager
- Assist preparation of quarterly EAC presentations and annual comprehensive EAC presentations
- Participate in earned value surveillance internally and externally
Requirements:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret Security Clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and relatable digital tools (SAP APEX) and the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
- 4 year college degree in relevant subject (finance, business, accounting, etc)
- Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Capability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
