Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will support marketing initiatives across digital channels, focusing on content creation, campaign support, and maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications, including newsletters and email campaigns
• Support ongoing corporate communications through content creation, formatting, and scheduling
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all communications
• Create and update marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, and promotional assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content
• Support design needs across various marketing initiatives
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email and recruiting initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content and materials
• Track and organize basic campaign performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing projects
• Help manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Maintain organized records of marketing requests and assets
• Support the use of marketing platforms and tools across the organization
• Assist in compiling reports and tracking marketing performance data

Requirements:

• Experience with graphic design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint.)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in financial services or professional services marketing preferred
• Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign execution preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
