Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead design for complex, multi-team initiatives, ensuring clarity from problem framing through launch
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership to align design direction with business outcomes and customer value
• Translate data-rich, technical systems into intuitive and scalable experiences that enable confident, efficient decision-making
• Build frameworks, patterns, and processes that improve product quality and consistency across teams and surfaces
• Drive design vision and strategy that balances usability, automation, and performance—helping teams move faster and design smarter
• Mentor and guide designers, sharing context, feedback, and systems thinking to strengthen collective impact
• Contribute to StackAdapt’s evolving design practices, ensuring our products, processes, and experiences scale with quality and intent
