Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers during implementation to uncover workflows, pain points, and opportunities that guide product direction
- Transform insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a thoughtfully prioritized backlog
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features that boost adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success
- Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure impact and inform iteration
- Balance near-term implementation needs with scalable, strategic solutions that serve the broader market
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., TAM, Implementation Specialist, or CSM) is a huge plus
- A knack for simplifying complexity, translating customer challenges into actionable product requirements
- Proven track record of delivering impactful features in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Top-notch communication skills, comfortable engaging with both customers and internal stakeholders
