About this role
Procom is a staffing agency seeking a Sr. Data QA Engineer for a financial client. The role involves testing ETL applications to ensure data quality and integrity in a financial services environment, utilizing modern ETL tools and SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Test ETL applications using Informatica Power Center and Informatica Data Management Cloud
- Debug Stored Procedures and Table Value Functions
- Utilize Informatica DVO for testing purposes
- Decode complex SQL statements, SQL views, and stored procedures
- Ensure data quality and adhere to data warehouse and ETL concepts
- Utilize Atlassian toolset including Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with ETL tools like Informatica Power Center
- 3+ years of experience debugging Stored Procedures and Table Value Functions
- 5+ years of experience with Informatica DVO
- 3-5 years of SQL experience
- Strong knowledge of Datawarehouse and ETL concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Experience in Financial Services
- Familiarity with regulatory or matrix environments
