About this role
Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in ERP systems, specifically Sage X3. The role involves supporting ERP portal capabilities and aligning delivery with project phases while documenting data structures and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Support ERP portal capability for Own Brand businesses
- Document ERP data structures and integrations
- Articulate availability and usage of ERP data
- Stay ahead of portal development aligned with ERP Phase 2
Requirements:
- Experience working in a technical software development environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Ability to document ERP data structures and integrations
- Deep understanding of data flow and process mapping
- Ability to clearly articulate what ERP data is available, what it means, and how it's used
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, self organized, self starter
- Sage X3 experience (initially discussed as nice-to-have but emphasized as very beneficial)
- Jira & Confluence hands-on experience
- Scrum/Agile environment experience
- Digital/web platform exposure (customer portals, websites)
